- Case Management focuses on achieving measurable results, enhancing employability,
and identifying issues that may compromise an individual's employment potential.
- Meet with an employment coach or case manager to:

- - assessment of employment skills
- - explore limitations and strengths for realistic goal setting
- - identify barriers to employment and supports required
- - receive ongoing support/guidance with the implementation of your
action plan

- · Assistance with applications for wage subsidies, skill development or self employment
funding
